Key Responsibilities

As the Implementation Change and Adoption Lead, you will craft and execute comprehensive change management approaches that prioritize human dimensions of AI adoption within Datacom. Working alongside the Transformation and Engagement division and reporting collaboratively to the Head of AI Centre of Enablement, you will evaluate change impacts, address obstacles to adoption, and equip employees for success in AI-powered roles.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses a proven history of leading change initiatives in AI, technology, or digital transformation projects. Success depends on partnering effectively with executives, middle management, and frontline employees to align business objectives with actionable adoption strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in formulating and implementing change models such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
• Capability to convert organizational targets into tangible adoption roadmaps, training paths, and communication efforts.
• Strong written and oral communication talents, particularly in delivering persuasive change messages.
• Collaborative across functions with a focus on actionable outcomes and measurable success.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, including ethical considerations, governance, and integration into operations and client interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, change management, information systems, or related fields; master's degree is advantageous.
• Background in technology or professional services sectors.
• Acquaintance with learning and development frameworks and experience working alongside AI academies or enablement centers.
• Proficiency leading change across multi-location teams, including hybrid and remote environments.
• Ability to define, monitor, and evaluate adoption indicators to foster continual enhancement.
