Compensation

Key responsibilities

• Create technical architectural drawings based on planning layouts
• Contribute to architectural design work for residential and commercial developments
• Prepare detailed design documentation
• Handle the preparation and submission of building regulations and planning applications

Required experience and skills

• A degree in Architectural Technology
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Previous experience after qualification is useful but not essential
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisational ability
• Solid detailing and design capability
• Strong technical aptitude and close attention to detail
• Ability to perform well both independently and as part of a team
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Birmingham
