Governance, Policy & Delegation-of-Authority Lead

Overview

This role is focused on defining and managing the policy framework, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Delegation of Authority (DoA), control structures, and governance modifications essential for efficient operation of AI-native business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and pinpoint the necessary updates required in policies, SOPs, DoA matrices, and control frameworks to support AI-driven processes.
• Create and maintain a governance change timeline aligned with the implementation of AI-specific business processes.
• Set up Responsible AI controls, incorporate human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms, define escalation protocols, and develop comprehensive business rule registries.
• Align initiatives with existing standards in data governance, cybersecurity, compliance mandates, and regulatory frameworks.
• Formulate governance policies that facilitate the enterprise-wide integration and adoption of AI technologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of professional experience specializing in Governance, Risk & Controls (GRC) or policy design.
• Prior experience working within government sectors or highly regulated industry environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Delegation of Authority, governance frameworks, and implementing enterprise-level control mechanisms.
