Role Overview
This opportunity is with a partner company seeking a dedicated Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing and enhancing paid advertising campaigns for global brands through digital platforms, emphasizing strategic campaign development, optimization, and data-driven decision making to maximize returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, administer, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Formulate marketing strategies tailored to business objectives, focusing on campaign architecture, audience segmentation, and optimization tactics.
- Develop and adjust audience profiles targeting new prospects, remarketing efforts, and conversions.
- Continuously track campaign metrics and make data-informed improvements, including testing and observing platform trends.
- Run A/B tests involving ad creatives, messages, audiences, and landing pages to enhance user interaction and conversions.
- Oversee advertising budget management and recommend budget allocation changes to maximize performance and return on ad spend.
- Set up and supervise conversion tracking mechanisms such as pixels and event tracking across platforms.
- Evaluate critical performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, impressions, and reach.
- Generate detailed performance reports and propose improvements based on findings.
- Keep abreast of platform algorithm changes and best practices to leverage new advertising possibilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of current experience managing paid ad campaigns for brands, e-commerce, lead generation, or seller platforms.
- Practical expertise using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Comprehensive understanding of paid media strategies, audience targeting, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience handling advertising budgets and enhancing campaigns through analytical insights.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Conversion Tracking.
- Preferred experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
- Skilled in creating marketing dashboards, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and strategies for landing page enhancement.
- Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to operate independently in a dynamic remote work environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or equivalent digital marketing qualifications are advantageous.
