- Conduct gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
- Process gold loans by verifying customer documents, conducting KYC checks, and disbursing funds accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including loan applications, approvals, and repayments.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues related to gold loans.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (gold appraiser or gold loan executive).
- Strong knowledge of gold valuation techniques and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with customers effectively.
- Basic understanding of banking operations and financial products.
