Role overview
LinkedIn’s Sales Operations team builds the go-to-market engine that connects solutions with customer needs at scale. In this position, you will work closely with senior sales leaders on key strategic questions that affect the sales organization, with the goal of increasing revenue, improving sales productivity, and delivering greater value to customers.
You will also take ownership of planning and operating processes such as territory design and quota setting, working alongside cross-functional partners including Finance. The role supports the EMEA LinkedIn Marketing Solutions sales leadership team in improving the go-to-market approach for advertisers and agencies by shaping segmentation, territory and quota structures, and the broader operating cadence for the business.
The position calls for strong strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across functions to influence important business decisions. You should be comfortable handling sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, and be ready to work in a fast-changing environment while continually raising standards for yourself and your partners.
