  • Create, manage, and maintain high-quality enablement materials such as playbooks and documentation. Work with coordinators to maintain an accessible knowledge base and learning management system.
  • Analyze data collaboratively with Business Operations to identify areas for improvement, provide data-driven recommendations, track program effectiveness via key metrics, and report insights regularly to leadership and enablement teams.
  • Lead enablement projects from inception to completion, employing strong project management skills to build consensus and ensure successful delivery in a dynamic work environment.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Industry experience in healthcare or benefits is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years in GTM enablement or training roles focused on pre- and post-sales teams, with 4-5 years direct training background and 7-10 years commercial experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful enablement programs utilizing adult learning principles.
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to align cross-functional teams and foster consensus.
  • Analytical capability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation proficiency.
  • Robust project management aptitude; PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
