About the Role

NF Forgings Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Kolkata, is seeking a senior leadership professional to take charge of business development, EPC project growth, plant operations, and overall financial and commercial performance. This role is pivotal in steering strategic expansion and ensuring operational excellence at the head office.

Key Responsibilities

Steer business development initiatives and drive strategic growth plans.
Lead EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business development efforts and nurture client relationships.
Supervise plant operations to maximize execution efficiency.
Oversee commercial, financial, and operational performance metrics.
Build, lead, and enhance organizational teams and capabilities.

Candidate Profile

Holds a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgical, Production Engineering, or equivalent fields.
An MBA degree from a recognized institution, preferably with a focus on Operations, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.
Experience in EPC, structural steel, heavy engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or civil products sectors.
Preferably up to 50 years of age.
Relevant senior leadership experience is required.
