GM Project Manager

Position Overview

The role of GM Project Manager is based in Visakhapatnam at the Vizag factory and reports directly to the COO. This senior-level position demands a techno-commercial expert with significant leadership gravitas to manage customer relationships and operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure prompt daily service delivery for the ambulance fleet and associated project sites.
• Coordinate timely procurement and ordering of reagents from the Head Office.
• Manage the supply chain to guarantee delivery of reagents and spare parts across all operational sites.
• Maintain full responsibility for spare parts inventory, including tracking and rapid return of defective components to the Head Office.
• Work closely with customers to ensure spare parts reach breakdown sites within a 4 to 12-hour window.
• Supervise local stock management of spare parts at the Vizag location and organize dispatches through local courier services.
• Monitor low-value spare parts stored securely in mobile vans or customer locations under engineer supervision.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from the customer to support cash flow.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced techno-commercial senior professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) and an MBA.
• Age bracket typically in the 40s, reflecting maturity and industry experience.
• Possesses a commanding presence and seniority required to earn respect at the General Manager level.
• Working knowledge of Telugu is necessary for effective communication, though native proficiency is not required.

Compensation

The offered salary package ranges between 35 to 38 lakhs per annum.
