Position Summary
We are seeking a Global Vice President of Partner Sales embodying Vasion's core principles to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of surpassing goals, acting as both a leader and high-performer, and will enjoy tackling the challenges associated with introducing new products to the market. This role thrives in an entrepreneurial, ever-evolving, and collaborative culture characterized by enthusiasm, teamwork, and a willingness to take risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and grow Vasion's worldwide network of MSPs, Resellers, and Strategic partners.
- Design and implement a premier Partner Program and sales strategies that stimulate revenue growth from various partner channels.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish ambitious growth objectives and motivate the organization toward these goals.
- Lead and inspire a productive Partner Sales team while upholding the company’s core values.
- Create and negotiate partnership deals, guiding them from initial contact through agreement to ARR sales outcomes.
- Build durable, positive relationships with partners by collaborating with CAM and AE/SE teams to understand partner and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain an effective partner program aligned with company goals and industry standards.
- Analyze partner, market, and customer feedback to influence product and service enhancements.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.
- Ensure partner sales targets across MSP, Reseller, and Strategic channels are met or exceeded through rigorous execution and strategy adjustments.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecasting accurately.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor partner sales personnel and leaders, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement operational frameworks to evaluate partnership success and alignment with strategic aims.
- Handle budget management related to partner sales, including expenditures, staffing, and resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver partner insights that enhance products and customer experiences.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 12 to 15+ years of experience in managing partner sales organizations.
