The role is central to a worldwide finance operation and focuses on improving cash deployment, maintaining liquidity, and managing currency exposure across several entities in a highly international setting. You will contribute to effective treasury planning, help reduce FX risk, and support broader financial strategy for a distributed business. The position involves deep analysis and close coordination with senior finance leaders, accounting teams, and banking partners. It is a high-impact role in which your decisions can directly affect financial resilience, capital efficiency, and global operating performance.
The working environment is fast-paced, globally spread out, and strongly collaborative.
Key responsibilities
- Track and evaluate worldwide cash balances and liquidity across multiple currencies and legal entities so funds are allocated efficiently and visibility remains strong.
- Build and maintain liquidity forecasts for operating and capital spending needs, including scenario analysis and support for free cash flow improvement.
- Review foreign exchange exposure and propose hedging and currency allocation approaches that help limit risk and volatility.
- Manage banking partnerships, credit exposure, payment execution, and compliance with treasury controls and internal policies.
- Contribute to treasury system enhancements and workflow improvements, including rollout and refinement of treasury management tools.
- Work with accounting, FP&A, legal, and auditors on intercompany activity, reporting, and compliance matters.
- Prepare treasury reporting and strategic materials for senior stakeholders, including the CFO and finance leadership.
- Maintain compliance with governance and control requirements such as SOX, FATCA, and other related financial standards.
Required background
- Experience in global treasury, corporate finance, or financial risk management in an international business is required.
- A strong academic foundation in finance, economics, business, or another quantitative field is expected.
- Professional credentials such as CTP, CFA, or a comparable treasury/finance qualification are preferred.
- Solid knowledge of cash management, FX risk, liquidity forecasting, and investment optimization is needed.
- Hands-on exposure to multi-currency operations and global banking structures is important.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling ability, including the capacity to interpret complex data and create scenario-based forecasts, is required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are needed for interaction with senior stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable, curious, and able to work independently with a proactive approach.
Benefits and work environment
- Competitive global pay with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
- 100% remote work with a distributed team and opportunities for global collaboration.
- An annual budget for learning and development to encourage professional growth.
- Paid vacation, parental leave, and employee assistance support programs.
- Opportunities to travel internationally for team meetings and strategic offsites.
- Exposure to senior leadership and high-value strategic finance work.
- A flexible setup designed to support autonomy and work-life balance.
