  • Conduct candidate searches in Uzbekistan, Europe, the Middle East, India, China, CIS, and other international markets.
  • Employ proactive outreach techniques such as LinkedIn and professional networks to attract passive candidates.
  • Recruit for diverse functions including engineering, sales, project management, procurement, QA/QC, operations, and corporate roles.
  • Lead international recruitment campaigns for specialized roles such as mechanical engineers, project engineers, sales staff, procurement experts, QA/QC and welding professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct structured interviews and prepare detailed evaluations and hiring recommendations.
  • Maintain and build both local and international talent pipelines.

  • Ensure excellent candidate communication and a professional recruitment experience.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
  • Enhance TECHNIQUE’s employer branding on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Manage recruitment data and track performance through organized systems or ATS.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum five years of successful experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial or corporate positions.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting techniques.
  • Track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates in international or cross-border contexts.
  • Strong skills in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and managing offer negotiations.
  • Capability to comprehend complex technical and commercial job roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Effective organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple open positions.
  • Fluency in English and Russian languages; knowledge of Uzbek is advantageous.
  • High levels of personal accountability, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior management in a dynamic international environment.
  • Previous experience within industrial engineering, oil and gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, EPC, construction or technical sales sectors is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field preferred; professional HR qualifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a plus but not mandatory.

Offer & Working Conditions

  • Direct engagement with CEO, senior management and department leaders.
  • Opportunity to manage complex recruitment challenges across numerous countries.
  • Access to professional recruitment resources and LinkedIn tools.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and measurable outcomes.
