Role Overview
- This is a hands-on position where you will be solely responsible for both the talent acquisition strategy and the daily recruitment efforts across the entire organization.
- The role is standalone without direct reports; you will lead recruitment outcomes through influence and execution.
- You will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to integrate recruitment within the broader HR agenda.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven senior in-house recruitment experience with a thorough understanding of how talent acquisition supports People & Culture initiatives.
- Strong ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes across various job portfolios and seniority levels.
- Demonstrated capability to improve recruitment processes, including reporting metrics such as time-to-hire and managing agency collaborations efficiently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for working with leaders on a global scale.
- An interest and proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment outcomes and efficiency.
- Previous experience in the technology sector is a plus but not mandatory.
Position Details and Benefits
- This is a permanent full-time role located in Albany, Auckland.
