Requirements

- Ability to interpret market developments, regulatory conditions, business models, and competition, and turn that insight into a scalable growth plan.
- Sound understanding of pricing approaches, margin management, and international go-to-market structures.
- Demonstrated leadership of international teams across different cultures.
- Highly target-driven with confidence in managing KPIs, forecasts, margins, and business cases.
- Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally for about 1 to 2 weeks each month.
