Job description
Role Summary
Futura Design is seeking a Global Product Owner to oversee the advancement of conversational channels for a prestigious automotive OEM client in Gaydon. This is a full-time onsite contract, serving as maternity cover until July 26, 2027, under IR35 regulations.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the global direction, implementation, and enhancement of digital conversational experiences for luxury vehicle brands, leveraging both generative and agentic AI. The role involves collaborating with international teams, advancing modern luxury customer interactions across platforms such as chat and WhatsApp, and ensuring a forward-thinking product pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a global vision and strategic roadmap for conversational channels, emphasizing the integration of AI use cases.
- Advance the rollout, improvement, and optimization of messaging and AI-powered experiences on a global scale.
- Manage and prioritize the delivery pipeline, ensuring adherence to brand quality, governance, and risk management standards.
- Lead and motivate both a direct report and a six-person development team, coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams worldwide.
- Oversee global reporting, analytics, and performance measurement for conversational platforms.
- Support a culture of inclusion, accessibility, and continuous improvement through active participation in CX knowledge sharing communities.
Essential Requirements
- Background in global digital product management or transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise with conversational platforms (e.g., chat, AI-driven messaging) and customer experience technologies.
- Demonstrated success in delivering multi-region, complex digital products.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage external partners, and drive stakeholder alignment.

Contract Details
- Umbrella pay rate: £35.80 per hour.
