About the Role
A prominent multinational corporation is looking for a skilled Global Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations spanning various EMEA territories. This position provides an attractive salary and benefits package, along with a hybrid work model that requires three days per week at the Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly and ad-hoc payroll processing utilizing Workday HRIS and third-party vendors for regions such as the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, and others.
- Guarantee adherence to international payroll regulations and provide support for audits.
- Perform payment reconciliations, address and resolve payroll discrepancies, and maintain meticulous records.
- Lead efforts in enhancing payroll processes, implementing automation, and developing reporting metrics.
Key Requirements
- Possess at least three years of experience in multi-national payroll within a global corporate setting.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of payroll compliance mandates and statutory reporting obligations.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, with a preference for experience with systems like Workday or ServiceNow.
