Role overview

As a Global Mobility, Payroll & Shared Services Professional, you will own key parts of the employee lifecycle and handle cross-border mobility for Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The position also serves as the regional point of contact for payroll support, data integrity, and process improvements, with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle core employee lifecycle activities such as joining, contract management, transfers, exits, and maintenance of HR records.
• Administer Saudi government and compliance platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher Business.
• Support Saudization compliance, localization programs, and initiatives tied to government employment requirements.
• Manage visa, residency, work permit, immigration, and mobility processes across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Work with government bodies, PROs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure HR processes are completed on time.
• Assist with UAE employment operations, including contracts, visa-related processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a contact for HR operations, keep employee information accurate, support audits, and help improve HR workflows.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll, HR generalist, shared services, or mobility roles, ideally within the Gulf region.
• Solid understanding of local labor rules, immigration requirements, and payroll regulations.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, payroll tools, and Google Sheets.
• Strong eye for detail along with practical problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed organization and multitasking capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
