Role summary
This remote contractor role is designed for a healthcare professional who can bring clinical judgment into AI data training. You will help improve next-generation models by supplying accurate, domain-specific input so the systems learn to reason more effectively in medical contexts.
Compensation
The pay rate for this assignment is between $30 and $40 per hour.
What you will do
- Review and label images and videos from a wide range of healthcare areas, including clinical specialties, public health, and advanced biomedical subjects.
- Create thoughtful, challenging questions from visual material by applying medical expertise to support high-quality AI training data.
- Assign the correct task category and subcategory so work is routed to the proper evaluation and training tracks.
- Share detailed feedback on AI outputs to help improve accuracy, usefulness, and reliability in healthcare-related use cases.
- Work with AI research teams to spot missing or weak areas in how medical knowledge is represented in model outputs.
What we are looking for
Applicants should hold a valid healthcare license or certification in a relevant field such as nursing, medicine, public health, or an allied health discipline. Strong grounding in anatomy and physiology, nutrition and dietetics, public health and epidemiology, or similar healthcare specialties is important. Experience with medical imaging, diagnostics, or clinical decision-making is a plus. You should be comfortable interpreting detailed medical visuals and turning them into precise, useful questions for AI training. Familiarity with medical terminology, pathology, and evidence-based practice is expected. Prior AI or machine learning experience is not necessary; the main requirement is deep subject-matter knowledge.
