About the Role

As the Global Head of Talent, Skills & Performance, you will spearhead Henkel's strategic direction in talent management to support the company's evolving business goals and workforce demands. This leadership position requires you to craft and refine global frameworks that foster continuous growth, encourage internal mobility, and accelerate leadership development across the organization.

Key Duties

  • Establish and drive the global strategy for Talent, Skills, & Performance aligned with Henkel’s future-oriented business objectives.
  • Develop and enhance Talent Management frameworks, ensuring ongoing career development and leadership readiness.
  • Lead enterprise-wide Skills Management by creating skills architectures and capability models while advancing the use of digital tools like the Talent Marketplace.
  • Oversee Strategic Workforce Planning by designing strategies and processes to help leaders convert business strategies into workforce and capability plans.
  • Enhance succession planning for critical roles to secure leadership pipelines and ensure business continuity.
  • Evolve performance management practices to support continuous feedback, development, and data-driven talent decisions.
  • Champion the digital transformation of Talent Management through platforms like Workday and introduce AI-driven talent intelligence solutions alongside the integration team.
  • Utilize people analytics and workforce insights to inform talent and capability strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR functions and business leaders to integrate Talent Management with Learning, Culture, Rewards, and Organizational Development.
  • Lead global change management initiatives and build organizational capabilities to embed new talent practices and leadership responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of HR experience within a global matrix structure or similar settings, ideally in Centers of Excellence or top-tier HR consulting roles.
  • Deep expertise in Talent Management areas including succession planning, leadership development, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
  • Proven track record in enterprise Skills Management with experience in skills frameworks, capability modeling, and skills-based talent approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with Talent Marketplace implementations, internal mobility projects, or skill intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in HR digital technologies, especially Workday, and a strong grasp of AI and people analytics applied to talent management.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities enabling data translation into actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading global transformation and change projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills across organizational levels.
  • A keen interest in innovation and continuous enhancement of talent management processes.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages advantageous.
