Global Head of Strategy

Role Overview

The Global Head of Strategy at PSET Engenharia is tasked with setting and driving the company's worldwide strategic agenda. This fully remote, full-time position involves crafting long-term business plans, assessing global market prospects, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to align strategy with operational and financial objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to guide business decisions.
• Lead strategic initiatives that cross various functional teams ensuring alignment and execution.
• Develop executive level reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Work alongside regional teams to maintain consistent implementation of strategic priorities.
• Track performance against critical success indicators and adjust plans accordingly, based on analytical insights.
• Manage partnerships with external collaborators and advisors to enhance strategic outcomes.
• Promote a culture prioritizing innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical abilities capable of interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
• Proven expertise in strategic and business planning including the formulation of long-term roadmaps and clear objectives.
• Strong financial acumen covering budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business case assessments.
• Experience in consulting or equivalent advisory roles with a track record of problem structuring and strategic recommendation delivery.
• Demonstrated success in spearheading global strategy projects, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or similar sectors.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Effective leadership and management capabilities, particularly in leading remote, cross-functional teams.
• Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related discipline; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
• Ability to thrive in an international remote work setting with strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach.
