Role Overview
The Global Head of Strategy at PSET Engenharia is tasked with setting and driving the company's worldwide strategic agenda. This fully remote, full-time position involves crafting long-term business plans, assessing global market prospects, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to align strategy with operational and financial objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to guide business decisions.
- Lead strategic initiatives that cross various functional teams ensuring alignment and execution.
- Develop executive level reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Work alongside regional teams to maintain consistent implementation of strategic priorities.
- Track performance against critical success indicators and adjust plans accordingly, based on analytical insights.
- Manage partnerships with external collaborators and advisors to enhance strategic outcomes.
- Promote a culture prioritizing innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical abilities capable of interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
- Proven expertise in strategic and business planning including the formulation of long-term roadmaps and clear objectives.
- Strong financial acumen covering budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business case assessments.
- Experience in consulting or equivalent advisory roles with a track record of problem structuring and strategic recommendation delivery.
- Demonstrated success in spearheading global strategy projects, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or similar sectors.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Effective leadership and management capabilities, particularly in leading remote, cross-functional teams.
- Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related discipline; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in an international remote work setting with strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach.
