Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle applications and the next steps in the process. The employer is seeking a Global Head of Solutions located in the United Kingdom.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with commercial focus and deep solutions expertise. The position centers on creating and scaling a worldwide solutions function that turns technical know-how into repeatable, profitable service offerings. You will work across regions and business functions to define solution direction, accelerate productization, and support revenue growth through delivery models that can be replicated at scale. A major part of the role is advancing AI-enabled enterprise solutions while bringing sales, delivery, and marketing together around one shared strategy. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader who enjoys building teams, improving operating performance, and generating measurable business impact globally.
Key accountabilities
- Set and deliver a global solutions strategy built around scalable, repeatable, and commercially strong professional services offerings.
- Lead the creation, packaging, and commercialization of solution blueprints across major enterprise areas, including AI-driven transformation programs.
- Build and oversee a global network of practice leaders and establish a structure that supports regional delivery and subject-matter depth.
- Create alignment among sales, delivery, marketing, and regional leadership so go-to-market execution is effective and coordinated.
- Maintain a global solutions roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer demand, and market opportunity.
- Standardize offerings to improve delivery productivity, lower implementation cost, and reduce sales cycle time.
- Own quality assurance processes so offerings consistently solve enterprise problems and generate clear customer outcomes.
- Track portfolio results, profitability, adoption, and operating performance to support ongoing improvement and growth.
- Help expand into new markets and solution spaces through innovation, market intelligence, and strategic partnerships.
- Promote change management efforts that support adoption of new offerings across global teams.
Requirements
- An MBA or an equivalent advanced business qualification is required.
- At least 12 years of experience in professional services, enterprise software, technology consulting, or a closely related field.
- A strong history of creating, launching, and scaling repeatable service or solutions offerings in global organizations.
- Experience leading solution, product, practice, or services teams with cross-functional and multi-region responsibility.
- Solid understanding of commercial strategy, revenue growth, margin improvement, and portfolio oversight.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new offerings across distributed sales and delivery teams.
- Background in enterprise transformation, organizational change, and stakeholder alignment.
- Working knowledge of at least one core area such as SDLC modernization, IT service management, enterprise AI adoption, or digital transformation.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration rather than formal authority.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in fast-growing, investor-backed, or rapidly scaling environments is strongly preferred.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance innovation, execution, and commercial outcomes.
Benefits and compensation
- Competitive pay with an annual bonus tied to performance.
- Health and wellness coverage.
- Generous paid time off.
- Flexible work setup to support work-life balance.
- A remote-friendly environment with global collaboration.
- Access to training, professional development, and career progression.
- The chance to establish and lead a global function with strong executive visibility.
- Exposure to advanced AI, enterprise change, and technology innovation work.
- A multicultural international team environment with opportunities to work across regions.
- An inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, and equal opportunity.
