Role overview

We are seeking an Onboarding Enablement Specialist for a partner company hiring in Germany. The position is central to how new members of the revenue organization get up to speed, gain confidence, and start contributing effectively from their first days. In this role, you will build and refine structured onboarding journeys across several sales functions, with the goal of improving ramp speed and supporting strong long-term performance.

You will design onboarding experiences that can scale across teams and are guided by performance data. A major part of the role is connecting Revenue leadership, People teams, and enablement partners so onboarding stays aligned, consistent, and measurable. The work also includes setting up tracking systems, turning performance data into useful insights, and creating coaching tools that help managers support their teams. This is a hands-on role that combines program ownership, operational execution, and enablement delivery in a fast-moving growth environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, run, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for revenue-facing roles such as SDR, AE, Field Sales, and Expansion, with a focus on delivering a consistent ramp experience.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and manage learning content inside LMS tools, working closely with hiring managers, People teams, and Revenue leadership.
  • Set up and maintain progress dashboards and tracking systems to follow ramp performance and quickly spot new hires who may need extra support.
  • Build standard coaching frameworks and practical tools that help managers guide new hires through clear development plans.
  • Develop and grow the AI role-play content library in partnership with subject matter experts, covering realistic scenarios like discovery calls, objection handling, and demos.
  • Partner strategically with Revenue leadership to make sure onboarding efforts support wider performance, enablement, and operational objectives.
  • Contribute to promotional readiness initiatives, including transitions such as SDR to AE, so learning paths match role expectations and career progression standards.
  • Manage and improve LMS operations, including assigning content, handling user access, generating reports, and refining learning workflows.

What you need

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a closely related area.
  • Demonstrated experience building and delivering onboarding or training programs, rather than only maintaining pre-existing materials.
  • Strong ability to manage projects and coordinate several stakeholders and initiatives at once.
  • Practical experience using LMS platforms or similar learning technology systems.
  • A data-oriented approach, including the ability to review onboarding metrics, identify patterns, and turn findings into action.
  • Excellent organization and documentation habits, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Comfort using modern AI tools to improve productivity and support content creation workflows.
