Role overview
This leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the organization development agenda across learning, culture, onboarding, leadership capability, and AI-enabled transformation. The position partners closely with HR, business teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to improve employee experience and strengthen global organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement company-wide learning strategies that support business priorities.
- Create e-learning journeys, workshops, and blended learning programs.
- Evaluate training sources and continuously improve solutions to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Lead the design and rollout of the global culture strategy, including the practical adoption of the Bybit Way across regions and teams.
- Improve onboarding systems so new hires experience meaningful culture integration rather than only procedural induction.
- Oversee the complete onboarding journey from pre-joining through probation confirmation, working with SSC, IT, and business teams.
- Develop standardized orientation programs that can scale across international offices and diverse employee groups.
- Design and deliver leadership development initiatives that strengthen management capability.
- Support performance management, promotion reviews, and other key talent development processes.
- Drive AI-based improvements in OD workflows by identifying automation and optimization opportunities.
- Work with the AI core team to translate AI tools into practical learning solutions for non-technical employees.
- Manage OD budgets and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Provide global training needs analysis and organization development consulting to business lines.
- Partner with management and HR teams to support the broader HR operating model.
- Improve processes, policies, and service delivery to strengthen the global employee experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development or organization development, including a minimum of 2 years in team leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
- Proven project management and budget control skills, with the ability to deliver strong outcomes in resource-constrained settings.
- Good business judgment along with strong communication and negotiation abilities across teams.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with global employees, vendors, and senior leaders across cultures.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent presentation and in-person facilitation skills, including confidence with C-level audiences and large groups.
- Familiarity with varied multimedia learning tools and development formats.
- Demonstrated ability to design and launch scalable enterprise-level talent development programs.
- Strong interest in AI, with hands-on use of AI tools in professional settings.
- Experience in fast-growing global organizations; exposure to fintech, crypto, or financial services is preferred.
