You will spearhead growth in a high-velocity startup atmosphere while nurturing an inclusive, engaging remote culture.

- Collaborate with operations and technology departments to implement tools that automate and optimize HR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with varied international labor laws, payroll requirements, and cultural considerations. Manage vendor partnerships to maintain flawless global operations.
- Direct the assessment, rollout, and enhancement of human resource information systems (HRIS).
- Promote effective asynchronous communication and programs that foster connectivity, value, and empowerment within the distributed workforce.
Candidate Profile
- More than 10 years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in BPO or fast-growing remote startups.
- Demonstrable expertise managing extensive hourly workforces across multiple time zones, including deep insights into LatAm and Philippine labor laws and markets.
- Exceptional adaptability with a proactive, builder-focused outlook thriving amidst uncertainty and rapid change.
- A strong operational approach that views people operations as a direct contributor to business results, customer value, and service metrics.
- Capability to use workforce data analytics for reducing turnover, optimizing labor, and forecasting staffing requirements.
- Thorough familiarity with contemporary HR technology platforms; knowledge of UKG software is a significant advantage.
Benefits
- Autonomy to establish and develop the people operations function of a growing multinational company.
- Completely remote work setup allowing location flexibility within the US.
- Competitive salary package complemented by comprehensive modern employee benefits.
- Collaborative, innovative culture characterized by rapid execution and low hierarchy.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries, focusing on compliance with regulations in the US and Philippines.
- Background in BPO, shared services, or growth-focused matrix organizations.
- Strong strategic HR acumen with a history of aligning people strategies with business goals, advising senior leaders effectively.
- End-to-end HR generalist expertise including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, and HR operations.
- Executive-level leadership experience, such as Senior Director or Assistant Vice President, overseeing regional or global HR teams.
- Demonstrated success with organizational change management, talent development, and workforce planning across geographies.
- Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, influence, and executive collaboration.
