Global Head of Health & Wellness Development

About the Role

Become a key member of the dynamic corporate team at Aman Group, a leader in ultra-luxury hospitality with global offices including Dubai, London, Singapore, and more. As the Global Head of Health and Wellness Development, you will spearhead the brand's worldwide wellness vision and strategy, driving innovative and profitable wellness concepts across all Aman properties. This position is based in Dubai's Corporate Office and reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and direct the wellness vision and programs in partnership with Brand and Marketing divisions.
• Manage all wellness development initiatives including new property openings and renovations.
• Create detailed concept plans, financial forecasts, and project outlines for wellness initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial outcomes within the wellness portfolio.
• Coordinate architectural and design elements with relevant teams during project development.
• Engage and collaborate with internal teams, property owners, and external partners throughout project phases.
• Establish and uphold brand standards for wellness design and technical requirements.
• Select appropriate equipment and plan comprehensively for new and refurbished wellness projects.
• Supervise project implementation and assist with pre-opening processes.
• Promote business growth by keeping up to date with wellness, health, and longevity trends and nurturing stakeholder relationships.

Candidate Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in luxury spa and wellness, preferably in an international or global role.
• Educational qualifications in Health, Wellness, or related fields.
• Strong operational expertise within spa and wellness settings.
• Essential prior experience in a hospitality environment.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese with excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with robust analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record of leading and executing strategically significant projects from inception to completion.
