Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and strategically develop the global finance department.
• Manage all key financial operations, including accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, and reporting.
• Ensure completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with professional corporate reporting.
• Act as a business partner to the executive management for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Enhance financial processes, governance frameworks, and internal control systems on an international scale.
• Lead and nurture international finance teams, fostering a performance-driven corporate culture.
• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance management activities.
• Oversee liquidity management, working capital, and financial control of international subsidiaries.
• Serve as a point of contact for auditors, banks, investors, and other external stakeholders.
• Support transformation, digitalization, and M&A-related projects.

Candidate Profile

• Completed higher education focused on finance, accounting, controlling or equivalent.
• Several years of leadership experience in senior finance roles within international corporate structures.
• In-depth expertise in accounting, controlling, corporate finance, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex international organizations and stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with operational execution capability.
• High affinity for change management, digital transformation, and organizational development.
• Confident presence at executive level with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English with negotiation skills.
