Role Profile
The Global Documentation Executive will be instrumental in preparing and overseeing export documentation for international shipments. This role ensures adherence to all regulatory, customs, and client specifications, contributing to streamlined operations and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue essential export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, bills of lading, and declarations.
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of all documentation with international market regulations.
- Administer documentation processes for a diverse range of global markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on shipment status.
- Contribute to audits, compliance checks, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy and a right-first-time approach in all tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Skills
- Prior experience with export documentation procedures.
- Familiarity with the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or food industry.
- Experience using SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Additional Information
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract position.
