Role Summary

This is a full-time remote leadership position responsible for shaping and driving operations strategy across the company. The role is centered on building scalable processes that enable green asset financing while supporting portfolio operations, risk oversight, customer operations, and operational compliance.

Working in close partnership with executive leadership, the selected candidate will convert strategic goals into practical operating plans, track business performance, and improve efficiency across multiple functions.

Core Duties

• Set the operational direction and carry out execution across business areas.
• Create, refine, and scale processes that can support growth.
• Supervise portfolio operations, controls for operational risk, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including distributed and remote teams.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and allocation of resources.
• Track operational outcomes using KPIs and regular reporting.
• Strengthen customer operations and improve service delivery standards.
• Support operational preparedness for new products and expansion into new markets.
• Work with internal stakeholders and outside partners to enhance operational capability.

Required Qualifications

• Substantial experience in operations management, ideally in financial services, microfinance, fintech, or a similar sector.
• Proven ability to use data analysis and problem-solving to guide operational decisions.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Hands-on exposure to operational budgeting and resource planning.
• Working knowledge of operational risk controls and compliance practices.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders well.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in emerging markets is preferred.
• Knowledge of electric mobility, renewable energy, or sustainable finance is considered an advantage.
