Global Accounts Manager (Australian & Indian Accounting)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Global Accounts Manager well-versed in both Australian and Indian accounting standards to join a leading company in Gandhinagar, India. The role includes end-to-end management of bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, Business Activity Statements (BAS), taxation, and financial reporting. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-caliber accounting team and enhancing finance processes across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and proficient handling of Australian and Indian accounting regulations.
• Manage comprehensive bookkeeping activities along with payroll, invoicing, BAS, and tax-related tasks.
• Lead, guide, and develop an efficient accounting team.
• Design and implement finance processes, systems, and internal controls to improve financial operations.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Build a scalable finance and accounting framework to serve multiple business entities globally.
