About the Role
Breezway Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time production team member for its industry-leading facility in Stapylton, Queensland. Breezway is an Australian manufacturer and marketer of award-winning louvre window products sold internationally. This position reports to the Factory Supervisor and suits someone who is strongly safety-focused, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career. Full training will be provided, along with genuine opportunities to progress within the business.
What You'll Do
You will support the production of glass products within the factory environment and contribute to meeting daily output expectations. The role involves hands-on manufacturing work, including manual lifting and carrying, and requires a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and safe work practices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on producing accurate, high-quality work
- Drive to contribute to and surpass production targets
- Good physical fitness for manual handling duties such as lifting and carrying
- Dependable team-oriented attitude with strong punctuality
- Own reliable transport to commute to the site
- Willingness to work across different shift start times
- Manufacturing background is helpful, although it is not required
