About the Role
This role, offered by a partner company based in Brazil, provides an opportunity to lead strategic commercial initiatives, nurture client relationships, and drive business expansion within a designated territory. As a Gerente de Território Pleno, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, uncover growth prospects, and serve as a trusted advisor to foster sustained success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a strategic client portfolio to ensure robust commercial results, maintain strong relationships, and oversee effective contract fulfillment.
- Lead negotiations covering pricing, contract renewals, and terms to facilitate ongoing business growth.
- Establish consultative and enduring partnerships with customers to identify ways to enhance their business outcomes.
- Formulate and implement growth strategies for products and services to boost customer profitability and expand market opportunities.
- Identify and engage with potential new clients to support market growth and reinforce regional presence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, including those in Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, Contracts, Credit, Operations, and Customer Service, ensuring coordination and alignment.
- Analyze commercial, financial, and operational metrics to develop action plans that optimize territory performance.
- Promote operational excellence standards encompassing health, safety, and environmental practices while ensuring process compliance.
- Operate autonomously in daily tasks while maintaining active customer engagement and contributing to brand development within the territory.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in commercial roles focused on portfolio management, negotiation, consultative sales, and business development.
- Strong ability to build and sustain strategic client relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Track record in identifying market opportunities and crafting growth initiatives.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and basic to intermediate familiarity with Power BI.
- Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license.
- Willingness to work in field settings and reside in Manaus or neighboring areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across various teams.
