About The Role
The Scott Family of Dealerships in Allentown, PA is looking for a proactive, experienced General Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales department. We seek a leader capable of expertly managing deals, assessing trade-in vehicles, and inspiring a high-performing sales team while upholding our commitment to service excellence and integrity.
Key Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in retail automotive sales.
- Previous experience in Sales Management or Finance & Insurance is essential.
- Demonstrated success in deal-making with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Energetic, positive leadership style with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with internet and social media tools is advantageous.
- Excellent skills in closing sales and maintaining customer relationships.
- Exemplary integrity, professionalism, and character in all dealings.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Oversee deal structuring and desk deals ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Accurately and efficiently appraise trade-in vehicles.
- Manage the sales process to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continual enhancement.
