Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and professional assistance by greeting customers, helping select products, promoting items and services, aiding in locating merchandise, supporting buying decisions, and addressing or directing customer concerns as necessary.
• Monitor designated sales floor sections and provide support at the Front End as needed, maintaining communication with teammates to ensure comprehensive floor coverage and meet customer needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization by zoning assigned areas, relocating featured items to proper display spots, and processing merchandise recovered from Customer Service and other departments.
• Perform stocking duties including putting away merchandise, restocking shelves, applying product protection when required, and completing set-up of displays and modular fixtures including flex modulars and shelf caps.
• Ensure a safe, tidy, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies, completing safety inspections, and confirming that displays and fixtures are secure.
• Be flexible with work schedules, ready to cover various shifts such as evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs and maintain consistent, high-level customer service.

Challenges

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially overnight shifts, by planning ahead to maintain focus and energy.
• Handle physically demanding activities including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive duties like stocking, zoning, and organizing merchandise reliably and attentively to uphold store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.90.
