Role Overview
This leadership role involves managing and optimizing both sales and operational performance across the district, ensuring efforts align with company-wide strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to District Operations Managers, District Sales Managers, and support personnel, guiding them to meet key performance indicators and resolving any customer or operational challenges.
- Develop and implement processes aimed at maximizing sales and operational results, regularly assessing team productivity and encouraging assertive sales strategies.
- Ensure company strategies are effectively carried out through training initiatives and collaborative work with sales, operations, customers, and human resources.
- Take ownership of the local market by offering sales and operational leadership consistent with company priorities, including setting annual and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents and senior management to drive innovative sales and operations initiatives, aligning district goals with overall company direction.
- Hold District Sales Managers accountable for meeting key sales metrics by delivering frequent feedback; enforce pricing practices to protect profit margins and encourage business growth.
- Ensure District Operations Managers maintain safety standards, productivity, and compliance with operational procedures, fostering excellent customer service.
- Oversee HR-related processes such as recruiting, coaching, training, and performance evaluation to build a strong leadership pipeline, cultivating a culture of accountability and inclusivity within the district team.
Work Environment
- The role is primarily performed in a comfortable indoor setting, with minimal exposure to unpleasant conditions.
- The job involves predominantly seated work with routine opportunities to move; occasional light lifting may be required.
- Overnight travel is expected between 20% and 50% of the time.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a pertinent field is typically required.
- Candidates usually have over nine years of relevant experience, including multiple years in management roles.

- Demonstrated success in operational leadership managing multi-unit teams.
- Proven ability to implement strategic plans that align with business aims.
