Role overview

We are looking for a decisive site leader to take full responsibility for one of our key locations in Kaiserslautern / Landstuhl and help drive it to the next level. This is a senior management position with full P&L responsibility, strategic influence, and direct impact on operational success.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of the site’s operational and strategic performance, including full budget and results accountability, and define initiatives that support long-term development.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of more than 350 employees across customer service, HR, technical services, fleet, and production in a two-shift setup.
• Review and improve production and logistics workflows on an ongoing basis to raise efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability.
• Act as the external face of the location in the B2B environment, maintain strong customer relationships, and build long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a similarly relevant field.
• Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role with full operational responsibility, such as production management, branch leadership, plant management, operations management, manufacturing leadership, or business unit management.
• Proven success in leading and motivating large teams of manual or operational staff, together with clear budget responsibility in an operational setting.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach, a strong drive for growth, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to inspire, persuade, and represent the site effectively with both employees and customers.
• Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of business fundamentals to support data-based decision-making and process improvements.
