About the Role
Join a leading Home Textiles manufacturer specializing in Bedlinen and Bath Range products as the General Manager overseeing Merchandising and Planning functions. This leadership position involves managing the entire order process from purchase order confirmation through to product dispatch, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and guiding a team comprising senior merchandisers and merchandisers while supervising the end-to-end order lifecycle, including planning, executing, and delivering customer orders.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of extensive experience in home textiles or made-ups manufacturing. A crucial part of the role is to plan the availability of raw materials and trims aligned with the production schedule, proactively identifying and addressing shortages before they impact manufacturing lines.
