- Build a results-driven sales culture with clear ownership for commercial outcomes.
- Maintain and grow key relationships with customers, partners, registries, and other industry stakeholders.
- Improve sales processes, forecasting, pricing, and execution through data-led decision-making.
Group product leadership
- Own the commercial product strategy for Domains, DNS, SSL, Hosting, and adjacent offerings.
- Define and manage a unified roadmap based on market opportunity and customer requirements.
- Support portfolio scaling, standardization, and evolution across multiple regions.
- Track market shifts, competitor activity, and innovation opportunities.
- Ensure that new products and services are successfully brought to market and monetized.
AI and business transformation
- Promote the use of AI to boost productivity, decision quality, and operational efficiency.
- Spot opportunities to automate workflows and streamline internal processes.
- Apply AI to strengthen performance in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Operations.
- Encourage a data-first culture and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
Leadership scope
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of about 120 employees.
- Direct senior leaders across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
- Build an entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and high-performance culture.
- Set clear KPIs and drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all functions.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings extensive executive leadership experience in the Domains and Hosting sector, combined with a proven track record in large-scale general management roles. Strong commercial instincts, solid sales leadership experience, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams are essential. A good technical understanding and sound commercial judgment are both important, as is the ability to lead transformation at scale. Practical experience using AI to streamline work and improve business effectiveness is also required.
Preferred background
- Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.
- Background in product management and portfolio strategy.
- Exposure to partner ecosystem development and indirect sales channels.
- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or digital platform businesses.
