Key Responsibilities

• Achieve substantial annual revenue growth across product lines, software offerings, services, and customer support.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities among enterprise clients while deepening partnerships with existing strategic customers.
• Establish enduring collaborations with telecommunications providers, utility companies, and public sector entities.
• Lead and nurture sales and technical pre-sales teams throughout the region.
• Ensure precise forecasting and effective pipeline management.
• Design and execute regional market entry strategies and establish a strong competitive position.
• Collaborate extensively with product management, engineering teams, service departments, and top-level executives.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive leadership experience in enterprise technology sales within the Asia-Pacific market.
• In-depth understanding of telecommunications networking products and solutions.
• Documented success in closing deals with Tier 1 operators and critical infrastructure customers.
• Established executive level connections with major organizations such as SoftBank, NTT, Singtel Group, TEPCO, and Chubu Electric Power.
• Proficient in managing both direct and indirect sales channels.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, negotiation expertise, and strategic business planning skills.
• Fluent in English at a professional level; additional proficiency in Asian languages is a plus.
