Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Service Technician, starting at a wage of $15 per hour. Advancement in the role results in increased pay, with Tech Level III achieving $17 per hour. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Install safety posts and rails to safeguard active job sites from hazards.
• Use electronic devices to log inventory and complete job order documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routing and operational efficiency.
• Maintain company work trucks to established standards.

Training, Tools, and Support

• Complete necessary OSHA safety training provided by the company.
• Use company-provided tools and trucks for job site tasks and transportation.
• Engage in a work culture focused on development, accountability, and career progression in the safety sector.

Benefits and Compensation

• Hourly pay starting at $15 for Tech Level I, with progression to $16 and $17 at higher levels.
• Seven paid holidays annually and accruing two weeks (10 days) of paid time off within the first year.

• Weekends and holidays off.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Comfort and proficiency using mobile applications on electronic devices.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with at least three years of documented driving experience.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
• Commitment to completing assigned tasks fully and efficiently.
