Position Overview and Compensation
This role starts at an hourly wage of $17.00 with progression opportunities leading to $19.00 per hour upon reaching Tech Level III. Benefits include seven paid holidays, two weeks of paid time off accrued in the first year, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) matching plan up to 4% after one year. The schedule includes weekends and holidays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Install safety posts and rails to secure hazardous job site areas.
- Use electronic devices to document inventory and complete job orders.
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routing efficiency.
- Maintain and operate company trucks according to set standards.
