Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage beginning at $21
• $1,000 total sign-on bonus ($500 initial bonus)

Work Schedule

• Typical shifts run Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently uphold the company's cleaning quality and timeliness standards for commercial spaces
• Dispose of trash and recycling receptacles properly
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard floors using dust mops and wet mops
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, and designated units thoroughly
• Remove smudges and marks from entry doors
• Dust windowsills, blinds, horizontal surfaces, and perform high dusting
• Specialized cleaning of medical facilities with an emphasis on surgical areas
• Promptly communicate any maintenance needs, or report damaged or soiled items and lost property to supervisors
• Help keep supply closets tidy and organized
• Operate all cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring a hazard-free environment

Requirements

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous but not required
• Enthusiasm for maintaining cleanliness
• Reliable work ethic with openness to learning and adapting to new methods
• Availability for irregular, evening shift hours
• Ability to travel occasionally, as needed

Physical Demands

• Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and repetitive motions are necessary for this role
