Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Biologist specializing in molecular and cellular biology to contribute to AI model development by generating and validating precise scientific content. Candidates with robust hands-on laboratory experience in CRISPR gene editing and molecular biology techniques are highly encouraged to apply. Prior AI experience is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out gene editing experiments utilizing CRISPR technology.
- Conduct cloning, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), genotyping, and sequencing procedures.
- Design DNA and RNA constructs and assist in molecular screening workflows.
- Interpret concepts in molecular and cellular biology for scientific analysis.
- Accurately document experimental methodologies and ensure the scientific integrity of data.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams focusing on biology-centered projects.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or above in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
- Practical experience in CRISPR gene editing, cloning, PCR, and genotyping techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of molecular biology and genetics principles.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, along with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-focused and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or doctorate in a relevant biological science discipline.
- Experience in reviewing scientific content, annotating biological data, or involvement in AI-related projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration and interdisciplinary team environments.
