Job Overview

We seek a skilled Biologist specialized in molecular and cellular biology to contribute to AI model development by producing and validating precise scientific content. Candidates with practical laboratory experience, particularly in CRISPR and molecular biology techniques, are encouraged to apply despite no requirement for prior AI experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out gene editing experiments using CRISPR technology.
• Conduct molecular biology procedures such as cloning, PCR, genotyping, and sequencing.
• Create DNA and RNA constructs and assist in molecular screening assays.
• Evaluate and analyze concepts in molecular and cellular biology.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of experimental methods ensuring scientific accuracy.
• Work collaboratively across teams on projects with a biological emphasis.

Required Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
• Practical experience with CRISPR techniques, cloning, PCR, and genotyping.
• Solid knowledge of molecular biology and genetics principles.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail and capability to operate independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in related areas.
• Familiarity with scientific content review, data annotation, or projects involving AI.
• Experience collaborating within remote or multidisciplinary teams.
