About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Gaming Supervisor to join the Bridge Inn Hotel team and foster a welcoming environment through genuine and friendly service. The ideal candidate will be motivated to adhere strictly to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Gaming regulations.
A Typical Day as a Gaming Supervisor
- Engage actively with guests by sharing enthusiasm for our gaming products and delivering memorable experiences.
- Support a culture prioritizing safety and compliance with RSA and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG/RSG) standards.
- Handle machine payouts and cash transactions following hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
- You possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with a drive to create extraordinary experiences for guests and colleagues.
- You work well within a team and have availability across various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight duties.
- You hold valid industry qualifications including RSA, RCG Module 1, and a Gaming Licence.
- You bring prior experience within gaming environments coupled with solid knowledge of regulatory compliance and customer service best practices.
Physical Requirements
This role includes hands-on tasks such as manual handling and lifting (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Candidates must be capable of performing these activities safely and efficiently.
