Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to lead the gaming operations at Camp Hill Hotel in Carina Heights. This role requires someone passionate about delivering exceptional service on a vibrant gaming floor, with a focus on compliance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build personal rapport by knowing regular patrons by name and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with the Publican to ensure smooth, safe, and rule-compliant gaming room operations.
- Mentor and guide the gaming team to achieve excellence in performance and service.
- Maintain a positive workplace ambiance with excellent customer service and friendly interactions during every shift.
- Perform manual tasks such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries safely as part of daily duties.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in gaming environments as an attendant, supervisor, or manager.
- Strong leadership capabilities and readiness to take on a managerial role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to represent the gaming room professionally.
- Thorough understanding of gaming compliance and safe gaming practices.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG/RCG) certifications as required by state regulations.
