Role Overview

As a Game Operations Specialist for Honkai: Star Rail, you will work closely with the development team to turn player feedback and operational data into useful insights. You will help coordinate resources, keep live operations running smoothly, and support the delivery of stable, high-quality content to players.

What You Will Do

• Partner with the game development team to gather and share player insights that support better decision-making.
• Coordinate both internal and external resources to maintain smooth content and service delivery.
• Track version progress, handle live issues, and help protect the overall quality of game content.
• Observe community trends and player sentiment, then compile and report findings that inform operational strategy.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree or above.
• Experience working with gaming or community platforms, along with a basic understanding of the gaming industry.
• Strong enthusiasm for gaming, especially ACG titles, with the ability to understand player expectations and needs.
• Clear logical thinking, solid analysis, and strong summarization ability.
• Experience moving projects ahead in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven mindset, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate effectively across functions.
