As a Game Designer, you will be pivotal in developing innovative Class 3 Casino Games tailored for both Australian and international markets. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive mathematical models for assigned games, including calculating return to player percentages, hit frequencies, and standard deviations.
- Use programming tools to verify and analyze the accuracy of these math models.
- Produce detailed documentation for regulatory submissions to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with fellow Game Designers and Mathematicians to generate new ideas, review games, and implement production improvements.
- Conduct peer reviews of colleagues' math models and associated documentation to maintain high standards.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience emphasizing mathematics.
- Skilled in Excel; programming capabilities in C++ are advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
