Key Duties

• Achieve and aim to exceed sales targets by actively driving sales performance.
• Make use of in-store digital devices to provide customers access to the full product assortment.
• Offer additional product suggestions and alternatives to maximize sales opportunities.
• Welcome all customers warmly and genuinely to create a friendly shopping environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently each time customers visit the JD store.
• Comprehend and participate in the Customer Service measurement process.
• Provide backup support for colleagues and perform cross-department responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor representing JD Sports at all times.
• Conduct all work activities safely and responsibly.

Eligibility Requirements

• The role is exclusively open to Singaporean citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, due to limited work permit quotas.
