Role Overview

As a Remedy Specialist, you serve as the essential first impression and trusted advisor throughout the guest’s visit. Your role combines luxury hospitality delivery, wellness education, and personalized guest relationship development to curate individualized self-care journeys. You will assist guests in understanding the rationale, advantages, and scientific foundation of our services, confidently escort them through the club, and recommend feasible memberships, treatments, and packages aligned with their health aspirations and lifestyle.

Exceptional hospitality involves anticipating guests' needs beyond simply responding to inquiries. You will craft meaningful moments that resonate long after their visit. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage every guest, ensuring professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Create positive and memorable first and last impressions with visitors.
• Accurately manage reservations, guest arrivals, departures, and scheduling logistics.

• Foster deep, authentic connections with members and guests through thoughtful and customized service.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, text, and email.
• Address guest issues empathetically and efficiently using sound judgment.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of all Remedy Place offerings via continuous education.
• Assist guests in identifying services that best suit their individual wellness goals.
• Explain membership options, treatments, retail items, and club experiences competently and within your training boundaries.

• Advocate wellness confidently without exceeding your expertise.
• Develop authentic relationships that naturally encourage membership and service uptake built on trust rather than pressure.

• Support overall club operations including maintaining cleanliness, preparing treatment areas, facilitating smooth service transitions, supporting events and workshops, managing inventory and deliveries, and assisting wherever necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22, complemented by a discretionary bonus plan. Full-time employees receive medical, vision, dental, and employee assistance programs, along with partial employer contributions toward dependent coverage and 401(k) plans. Additionally, employee club membership is included.
