Role Overview
The Healthcare Coordinator, also known as the Director of Nursing, is a pivotal leadership position suited for Registered Nurses with significant expertise in long-term and skilled elderly care.
Key Duties
- Deliver person-centered care in a homelike setting that encourages meaningful connections and supports autonomous care teams.
- Manage clinical operations, guarantee adherence to healthcare regulations, and supervise quality control measures.
- Handle budget management, incident management reporting, and communication with medical personnel, families, and suppliers.
- Engage in staff performance evaluation, recruitment activities, and provide floor coverage when necessity arises.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a BS or BA degree in a related field preferred.
- Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Ohio.
- Demonstrate extensive clinical experience caring for elderly populations.
- Exhibit strong clinical competencies and computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and E-mars.
